• Boil six Potatoes (under cooked )
• ½ tspn Salt
• ½ tspn. Red Chillies
• ½ tspn. Dhania
• ½ tspn. Garam Masala
• ½ tspn Kala Namak
Mash potatoes and mix all Masalas & Corn Flour. Make into Tikkis
M.H. 2 minutes. Turn & M.H. 1 minute.
