Chicken Curry

• Chicken
• 1Tbsp Kali mirch (crushed)
• ½ cup Curd (thick)
• 2 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
• 2 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
• Lemon’s juice
• Onions (sliced finely)
• Tomatoes (chopped finely)
• 4 tbps Oil
• 1 tsp Garam masala
Wash the chicken properly. Mix kali mirch, curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Add the chicken and marinate for two hours at room temperature. Micro high oil, onions, tomatoes covered for 5 minutes. Stir and micro high uncovered for 3 minutes. Add the marinated chicken; add ½ cup water. Micro high 15 minutes covered. Sprinkle garam masala & coriander leaves.
