Ingredients

Gram flour, Salt, Baking soda, Garam Masala, Lemon juice, Sugar, Methi leaves, Turmeric, Red chill powder, Coriander cumin powder, Chopped onion, Chopped tomato, Chopped potato, Chopped Cabbage, Chopped Brinjal, Chopped Cauliflower, Chopped Bottle gourd, Peas, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Oil

Method

1. In a bowl take Gram flour and add Salt, Baking soda, Garam Masala, Lemon juice, Sugar, Methi leaves, Turmeric, oil and mix it add little water and make soft dough. 2. Now make small balls from that dough and deep fry them in hot oil till its golden. 3. In a pressure cooker add oil heat it now add Methi leaves, Cumin seeds and Asafoetida and add onion and let it cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add all vegetables Chopped tomato, Chopped potato, Chopped Cabbage, Chopped Brinjal, Chopped Cauliflower, Chopped Bottle gourd, Peas. 5. Now add all spices Red chill powder, Coriander cumin powder, Turmeric, Salt, Garam Masala, Sugar and mix it all. 6. Add 3 cups of water and methi balls cook it till 3 whistles. Serve it hot with rice or chapati.
