Brownie Pudding (Vegetarian)

Ingredients

  • • 1cup Maida
  • • ¾ cup Sugar Powder
  • • 2tbs Cocoa
  • • 2tbs Baking Powder
  • • ½ tsp Salt
  • • ½ cup Milk
  • • 2tbsp Oil
  • • 1tsp Vanilla
  • • ¾ cup Chopped Walnuts
  • • ¾ cup Sugar
  • • ¼ cup Cocoa
  • • 1 ¼ cup Hot Water

Method

  1. Mix 1st five ingredients. Add Milk, Oil and Vanilla. Mix till Smooth. Stir in Nuts. Pour into Dish. Mix together Sugar, ¼ cup Cocoa, sprinkle over batter.
  2. M.H. 5 minutes. Pour entire hot water over the dish.
  3. Standing time 15 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
