Recipe Binder Online is a website for discovering, collecting, organising and sharing recipes. By using this website, creating an account, creating a Recipe Binder, submitting a recipe or recipe link, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Please use Recipe Binder Online responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

  1. PURPOSE OF RECIPE BINDER ONLINE

Recipe Binder Online helps people:

  • discover recipes;
  • collect recipes they find useful;
  • organise recipes into Recipe Binders;
  • share their Recipe Binders with other visitors;
  • submit links to recipes available on other websites and platforms; and
  • contribute recipes where this facility is available.

Recipe Binder Online is intended to be a useful collection and discovery service. It is not intended for spam, unrelated advertising, misleading content or material unrelated to recipes and food.

  1. USER ACCOUNTS

Some features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • providing reasonable and accurate account information;
  • keeping your login credentials secure;
  • activities carried out through your account; and
  • using your account in accordance with these Terms.

We may restrict, suspend or remove accounts that are being misused, used for spam, used to interfere with the website, or used in a manner that may harm Recipe Binder Online or its users.

  1. RECIPE BINDERS

Registered users may create Recipe Binders to collect and organise recipes.

Recipe Binders on Recipe Binder Online are public. Other visitors may therefore be able to view a Binder, its name and description, its owner information displayed by the website, and the recipes collected in it.

Do not place information in a Binder that you do not want to be publicly visible.

Users may create different Binders for different types of recipes, interests or collections, subject to any limits applied by the website.

  1. BINDER MANAGEMENT AND REMOVAL

Recipe Binders are intended to help users collect, organise and share recipes.

To keep Recipe Binder Online useful and uncluttered, we may remove Binders that are empty, abandoned, created only for testing, spam, duplicate or otherwise contain no meaningful recipe collection relevant to the purpose of the website.

Where appropriate, we may remove such Binders without prior notice.

Deleting a Binder removes the Binder and its saved recipe memberships. It does not, by itself, delete the user’s account or recipes that exist independently of that Binder.

We will not normally remove an active Binder simply because it contains only a small number of recipes.

The purpose of this provision is to allow Recipe Binder Online to remove empty, unused, test, spam, duplicate or clearly non-useful Binders and keep the public Binder directory relevant for visitors.

Users may also delete their own Binders using the facilities provided by the website.

  1. SAVING RECIPES TO BINDERS

Saving a recipe to a Binder creates a reference to that recipe within the Binder.

Removing a recipe from a Binder does not necessarily delete the recipe itself.

Similarly, deleting a Binder removes the collection and its recipe memberships but does not automatically delete the underlying recipes or external recipe links from Recipe Binder Online.

  1. EXTERNAL RECIPES AND LINKS

Recipe Binder Online may allow users to add or save links to recipes available on other websites, social-media platforms or other external services.

An external recipe remains the responsibility of its original website, publisher or creator.

Recipe Binder Online does not claim ownership of an external recipe merely because a link to it appears on this website.

Where possible, users should be taken to the original source to view the external recipe.

External websites are outside our control. Their content, availability, privacy practices, terms, security and continued operation are the responsibility of their respective owners.

A link appearing on Recipe Binder Online does not mean that we endorse or guarantee the external website or its content.

  1. RECIPE CONTRIBUTIONS

Recipe contribution facilities may be available only to users who have been granted appropriate contributor access.

Contributor access does not guarantee that a submitted recipe or external recipe link will be published.

Submissions may be reviewed before publication.

We may approve, decline, edit, unpublish or remove submissions where reasonably necessary for the operation, quality, safety or purpose of Recipe Binder Online.

Contributors should submit only material they are entitled to provide.

Recipe Binder Online may use its own illustrative images for some recipe listings. Such images are intended to illustrate the recipe listing and are not intended to reproduce or represent an original photograph belonging to an external recipe creator.

  1. RATINGS

Registered users may be able to rate recipes.

Ratings should reflect a user’s genuine opinion or experience.

Users must not attempt to manipulate ratings through fake accounts, automated activity, coordinated abuse or other artificial means.

We may disregard or remove ratings that appear fraudulent, abusive or technically invalid.
