Ingredients
- 8 hard boil eggs
- half katori besan
- red chilly powder
- green chillies ( optional)
- finely chopped garlic and ginger
- garam masala
- salt to taste
- chopped garlic and ginger
- few dried red chillies
- curry leaves
- soya sauce
- tomato ketchup( optional).
Method
- Part 1
- Take 8 hard boil eggs.
- Do not use the yellow portions
- use only the white portions.
- Chop them.
- Transfer them in a mixing bowl.
- Add half katori besan, one beaten raw complete egg.
- Mix them all together.
- Do not add water.
- Add red chilly powder, green chillies ( optional)
- Add finely chopped garlic and ginger, garam masala and salt to taste.
- Mix all the above , make a smooth batter. The mix comes together.
- Fry small portions( like pakora size) in heated oil in a karahi.
- Do not stir while frying or they can break.
- Do not overcrowd the karahi.
- Fry them all.
- Keep them on the side.
- Part 2
- Take a pan.
- Add chopped garlic and ginger, add few dried red chillies, add curry leaves, let these splutter.
- Add the pakoras already made.
- Toss all together.
- Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup( optional).
- Toss everything again.
- Ready to eat.
- Enjoy
