Ingredients
- Maida 1 1/2 cup
- soda 1 14 tsp
- sugar 1 cup
- cocoa powder 2 heaped tbsp
- 1/2 a cup of dates
- curs 1 cup
- 1 heaped tsp coffee
- apple 1 medium sliced
- little lemon juice – few drops
- 2 tbsp oil towards te end vanilla essence
Method
- Sieve dry ingredients. Beag sugar, curd an oil. Add apples/dates towards te end
