Ingredients
- One onion
- one capsicum
- two peeled tomatoes
- 250 grams of fresh paneer
- 3 cloves of garlic and 8 kulchas
Method
- Finely chop one onion, one capsicum, two peeled tomatoes and 250 grams of fresh paneer. Peel 3 cloves of garlic and crush them into a paste. In a pan heat three tablespoons of cooking oil. Once oil is hot add one teaspoon of jeera. The jeera will quickly turn brown and so be ready and add the chopped onions. Fry the onions till translucent. Add the garlic and fry a little. Add chopped tomatoes, and some tomato puree and fry while stirring and mixing well till tomatoes become soft. Add the chopped capsicum followed by chopped paneer. Mix well and switch of flame. In another pan toast the kulchas till warm. Spread the vegetable mix which ware set aside on a kulcha. Place another kulcha on top to make a sandwich. Cut this sandwich into half and serve warm.
