Ingredients
- 4 to 5 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 medium carrot
- 6 baby corns
- 300 grams paneer
- 1 medium capsicum
Method
- Grind 4 to 5 garlic cloves and 1 inch ginger piece into a paste. Fry this paste in little oil. Puree about 3 tomatoes in the mixer. Add this puree to the pan in which you have fried the ginger garlic paste. Let it simmer on low heat. Chop 1 medium carrot and 6 baby corns into long pieces and cook them in a microwave for about 2 minutes. Cut 300 grams of paneer into cubes and lightly shallow fry them and keep them aside. Cut 1 medium green capsicum also into long strips and keep aside. Once the tomato puree is cooked add the carrots and baby corn to it and stir fry for about at minute then add the paneer pieces, salt, red chili powder, dry oregano mix and let it cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Now add capsicum and about 10 to 15 leaves of basel and mix it in and then switch of the cooking burner.
