Potato and egg breakfast flowers

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • eggs
  • oregano
  • red chilly flakes

Method

  1. Dice potatoes in very thin slices.
  2. Oil the muffin tray lavishly.
  3. Take 5 to 6 thin slices of potatoes for one flower.
  4. Place them longitudinally all around the edge of the muffin space.
  5. Add one small round thin slice of potato on the base also.
  6. Preheat oven, 180degrees. For 15 minutes.
  7. Bake the tray for 5 minutes.
  8. Take out the tray, add an egg in each flower and bake again for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the requirement of the state of yellow required.
  9. Take out each flower carefully from the tray.
  10. Transfer in a plate.
  11. Add oregano and red chilly flakes to taste.
  12. Ready to eat.
  13. Enjoy.
